Great! Mine's had way more than his share of dumb hate too and gotten past a lot, so he knows his stuff about it.

It pleases me to hear he knows of which he speaks. Perhaps we have yet some chance of convincing him to examine what he hast seen from an angle that excludes biased assumptions and irrelevant grudges.

I've no doubt that he did do well. Just as I've no doubt that he has the potential to develop as he is needed. He merely needs a certain amount of...vision.

That's not the only problem. He's gotten this idea in his head that he can't do things alone so well either, and he thinks getting single facts taking literally a thousand times as long as he's used to is proof.

I would say it takes not a miracle for an outsider to realize that more thoroughly hidden clues should naturally take longer to uncover. Am I to presume that he is ordinarily plagued by a certain amount of self-doubt?

Perhaps his best course of action, then, would to be continuing in his attempts to get Gaignun and mine own summoner to cooperate. Such a force wouldst be a great asset, if not quite what thine summoner is accustomed to.

I believe what is truly needed is for them both to meet with irrefutable evidence against their mistaken ideas. Such should come in time, in a place of this sort.
